Emergency Management

The Mission of Jasper County Emergency Management

Our office is charged to protect the communities of Jasper County by coordinating and integrating all activities necessary to build, sustain, and improve the capability to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from threatened or actual natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters. Our office seeks to promote safer, less vulnerable communities with the capacity to cope with hazards and disasters by creating a framework to reduce vulnerability.

If you experienced damage to your primary residence after a severe weather event, please use the link below to report the damage to our office. Make sure to select the correct event date or storm name. This does not apply for vehicles, outbuildings, or vegetative debris on your private property.
*This self-report tool is not a 911 service. If there is an immediate, life-threatening need after a storm, please call 911.*
Submitting a damage report is NOT an application for financial assistance. This is a data-collection tool that the Jasper County Emergency Management uses to conduct damage assessments.
